Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Clinic Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will support daily clinical operations, ensure smooth patient flow, and provide excellent customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients upon arrival.
• Assist with patient triage, including taking vital signs and basic medical history.
• Prepare consultation rooms before and after patient visits.
• Support doctors and nurses during clinical procedures.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups.
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Dispense medication as prescribed and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic environment at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
• Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• SPM/STPM or equivalent; Diploma in Healthcare or related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office & clinic management systems).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (if required).
