Position: Driver (GDL License) cum Maintenance Technician

Location: Maluri, Cheras
Working Days: 6 days per week (Weekend have to work)
Salary Range: RM2600 - RM3300 depend on experience
We are seeking a competent and reliable Driver & Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our homestay facility, handling maintenance and repair tasks, and also assisting in setting up new units. This includes ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance tasks, handling reservations, and maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Linen Delivery & Preparation:
Oversee the day-to-day linen delivery to site / store.
Forecast on linen usage day-to-day

Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the homestay facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of rooms and common areas.

Maintenance and Repair:
Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on equipment, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other facilities.
Coordinate with internal / external contractors for major repairs and renovations, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed.

New Unit Setup:
Assist in setting up new homestay units, including furniture assembly, installation of appliances, and decorating interiors.

Requirements:
Must have a GDL license.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
Technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or other relevant areas preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest needs.
