Salary: MYR 3,500 - MYR 7,000 Per Month

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree.
• SPM holders must have 5 passes (inclusive of BM) and at least 3 years of working experience.
• Candidates with 3 years or more of relevant experience have an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication in Mandarin and English is an added advantage.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage in conversation with people at all levels.
• Must be resourceful, results-driven, and aspire to achieve high variable income.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and market Bancassurance products at Partner Bank's branches nationwide.
• Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments, and providing financial advisory services.
• Work with branch colleagues to convert lead referrals into sales closures.
• Build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up-selling.
• Engage in sales and marketing events at the bank to acquire new customers.
• Provide follow-up on policy servicing services to customers.
