Protech Builders Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies April 2026

1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on drawings and specifications
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
• Develop detailed cost breakdown and project budgets

2. Tendering & Procurement

• Prepare tender documents, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and specifications
• Invite, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Perform cost analysis and recommendation for award
• Liaise with procurement team on material pricing

3. Contract Administration (Pre-Contract)

• Assist in preparing contract documents and agreements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements
• Identify potential contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with project team (engineers, architects, planners)
• Attend pre-tender and design meetings
• Prepare cost reports and present to management
