Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Advisor Bahasa Melayu/English_24/7 Shift SG Market in Johor Bahru

Location : Medini Sentral, Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru

Language : Bahasa Melayu and English

Shift : 24/7 rotation shift

Salary: Basic RM 2,100 + Night Shift Allowance RM 300 + KPI Allowance RM 400

Retention Bonus RM 1,500 will be paid upon successful completion of 90 days of employments

Annual Leave - 12 Days

Medical Leave - 14 Days

Job Scope :

  • Provides continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat & email related to the product.
  • Employ high level of interpersonal & communication skills while solving customer's issues.
  • Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer's enquiries.
  • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Good computer literacy.

Requirements :

  • 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, SKM 3, SVM 3 and IGCSE certificates.
  • SPM and Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply (Training fully provided)
  • Willing to work rotation shift
  • Fluent Bahasa Melayu and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 per month
