Jawatan Kosong Personal Driver To Director KL in Kuala Lumpur

• Safe and Punctual Driving.
• Drive the Managing Director/Executives/Clients safely to and from designated locations.
• Ensure punctuality and readiness for all trips, including site visits, meetings, and personal errands.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:

• Perform regular vehicle checks (fuel, tire pressure, engine oil, brakes, etc.) to ensure roadworthiness.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced as per the maintenance schedule.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the relevant department.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies at all times.
• Maintain an accurate logbook of travel details (dates, mileage, purpose of trips).
• Ensure all vehicle-related documents (road tax, insurance, Puspakom inspections) are updated.

Support During Site Visits:

• Drive management personnel to construction sites, project meetings, and inspections.
• Assist with carrying documents, samples, or equipment as needed.
• Follow strict safety protocols when entering construction zones.

Confidentiality & Professionalism:

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company affairs and executive matters.
• Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Ad-hoc Duties:

• Run official errands such as banking, document deliveries, and purchases.
• Assist with personal errands as required by the employer.
• Be flexible with work hours, including overtime, weekends, and outstation travel when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D/B2/E, if applicable).
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur routes and major highways.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Physically fit, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to work long hours and travel outstation if required.
• Candidates must not have any prior record of traffic, criminal or drug related offenses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
