Jawatan Kosong Upstream Commercial Executive in Johor Bahru

FarmByte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its commercial capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve on a 12 month contract as an Upstream Commercial Executive to be based in Johor Darul Takzim. The Job Description for this position are as below;

• Sales Activities - Promote and sell fresh produce or crops to the wholesale or general trade market.
• Growing The Clientele - Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, networking and referrals.
• Sales Strategies - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve individual sales target based on the determined time frame.
• Product Learning - Provide product knowledge to customers, helping them choose the right products based on their needs.
• Customer Support - Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Documentation Management - Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Interdepartmental Relations - Coordinate with departments or functions to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
• Stakeholders Relations - Maintain a presence in the assigned territory to build trust and rapport with customers .

• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and verbal skills.
• Must be able to work additional hours to achieve dedicated targets.
• Good negotiation skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
