JOB SUMMARY

• Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support analytics initiatives.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Collaborate with business units to deliver data-driven solutions and build insightful data models.
• Conduct statistical analysis and trend forecasting to inform strategic management decisions.
• Investigate, validate, and resolve data-related issues to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure data compliance with Data Governance, IT Audit, and Security requirements.
• Assist and support the Assistant Manager, Application Development, Director, IT to implement and ensure compliance with all the policies relating to Information Technology.
• Develop and maintain various procedural and technical documents in areas such as data analysis.
• Develop and sustain relationships with application vendors by communicating and conducting regular reviews of status and issues
• Prepare and provide reports on the relevant information as and when needed by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• For bachelor’s holders, at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in any two of the following domains: data insights, dashboard development, data extraction, data modelling, statistical analysis, data validation, or data governance compliance
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract insights from complex datasets
• Familiar in data query languages such as SQL, Python, or low-code platforms such as Power BI.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
