Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical
• Position Title: QAQC cum Lab Technician
• Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from Jurong East/ Pioneer MRT)
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,300 + Performance Bonus + Medical Insurance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the process of chemical blending, ensuring it meets customer specifications.
• Guarantee timely chemical production and manage the blending and storage tanks to reduce stops in operation, limit waste, and follow safety protocols.
• Conduct daily quality control, which includes testing in-progress and finished products, as well as raw materials.
• Ensure continuous adherence to high safety and quality standards, and maintain the excellence of products through work order analysis.
• Perform daily instrument calibration and uphold proper lab procedures.
• Collaborate with the Production Team to make certain that Quality Control aligns with the appropriate safety standards for all products.
• Create and submit required documents such as Analysis Certifications, Quality Certificates, Test Sheets, and Purchase Requests.
