Responsibilities

• You must lead the secure design of cloud-native solutions across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers, with a strong focus on Azure-based environments.
• You are expected to develop and maintain secure reference architectures, design patterns, and key architecture documents such as SAD and HLD, ensuring alignment with enterprise and Group standards.
• You must design and review authentication, authorization, access controls, cryptographic mechanisms, and data protection measures across cloud applications, APIs, and integration layers.
• You are expected to assess the security impact of new and existing applications, platforms, and tools, while embedding secure-by-design principles across all solution components.
• You must provide security architecture advisory and risk assessment for GenAI, LLM, and machine learning solutions, including risks such as prompt injection, insecure outputs, model abuse, data poisoning, and sensitive data exposure.
• You are expected to apply security best practices including OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and Machine Learning Security Risks when conducting design reviews and security assessments.
• You must establish security guardrails for AI adoption, including validation controls, access restrictions, monitoring, data boundaries, and human oversight.
• You are expected to perform threat modelling, risk assessments, and security impact analysis for strategic digital initiatives and existing solutions.
• You must drive the implementation and continuous improvement of cloud security controls, including automation across CI/CD pipelines and operational processes.
• You are expected to ensure compliance with internal IT policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• You must collaborate closely with enterprise architects, developers, DevOps teams, and vendors to resolve security design and implementation challenges.
• You are expected to communicate security risks, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• You must act as the subject matter expert for cloud, application, and GenAI security architecture while mentoring junior team members and promoting secure design awareness across the organization.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution architecture and/or security architecture roles, with 10–15 years preferred for senior profiles.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud and application security architecture across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Strong experience delivering secure digital solutions within financial services, banking, or insurance environments is preferred.
• Solid exposure to API-based architectures, microservices, event-driven integration, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, COBIT, PDPA, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM), data protection, cryptographic controls, and cloud security, with Azure experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and operational security controls.
• Hands-on experience or strong awareness in securing GenAI / LLM-enabled applications, including prompt safety, data governance, and responsible AI controls.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and OWASP Top 10 for Machine Learning Security Risks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical security concepts into business-relevant language.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SABSA, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps, TOGAF, or IASA are highly advantageous.
• Hands-on GenAI / AI security-related training or project experience is required.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
