Job Summary

• Support for plant upgrade or improvement of production processes and capacity.
• Identify plant facilities and machineries or equipment suitable for stages of upgrade without intterupts production.
• Support on daily resources, manpower planning and technical maintenance support.
• Ensure quality consistency in line with client standards and contract requirements.
• Reduce production downtime by avoiding breakdown of essential machines.
• Carry inspection during annual shutdown and maintenance or upgrades.
• Liaise with local authorities and enforcer for inspection and compliances.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bac in Manufacturing Engineering/ Chemical Engineering.
• 2-3 years experience in beverage industries.
• Good Leadership and people oriented.
• Fast Decision Maker, dare to make changes
• Posses Own Transport. Can travel extensively.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
