Jawatan Kosong Quality Control -Mandarin Speaking - Penang Area in Itam

**Language Requirement : Prefer Mandarin speaking**

Responsibilities

• To ensure quality of the products are inspected during the in process procedure before deliver to customer
• To ensure the incoming material are inspected before used

⚫ To have non-confirming products checking

• To ensure Standard of Manufacturing Inspection is being followed
• To analyze customer complaints and follow up with the investigation and verification
• To do customer complaints compilation
• To issue CAR for repeated complaints
• To ensure the corrective actions are being implemented and followed
• To do Outgoing QC reports to customer

⚫ To feedback to customers regarding quality complaint if necessary

• To be ISO 9001:2015 Steering Commitee member
• To be ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor
• To report the status of product quality, customer complaint, preventive and corrective action in the management review meeting

Training employees for the standard inspection procedures

• To control and update the Record Masterlist for QA Department
• To ensure that up-to date Inspection Procedures are implemented
• To plan the measuring equipment calibration schedule both internal & external
• To carry the in-house calibration for all measuring equipments
• To report the maintenance and calibration performance in the management review meeting

Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
