• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING JKR JOB
• To prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• To perform a full range of Quantity Surveyor activities that include estimation, quantities take-off, claim preparation and reviewing construction plans.
• To prepare for the submission of interim progress claims and to ensure work done is being certified timely and accurately by client / main contractor through site valuation according to the terms and conditions of sub-contract.
• To monitor and ensure all variation orders are well recorded and claimed.
• To review letter of appointments, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender and document any changes in design and updating budgets.
• To assist in the overall administration matters of various contractors and sub-contract.
• To keep track of materials and order more when required.
• To attend site visits and meetings as and when required by management.
• Other related duties as assigned by superior liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• To advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• To plan and arrange an effective and efficient timeline for each project.
• Perform project controls requirement as per client’s project contract requirement.
• Ensure plans meet the client’s specifications.
• Collaborate with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site workers and other professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
