Kitchen Helper - 1 pax (URGENT)

Restaurant at Taman Tun Dr Ismail, KL

(Malay & Western)

Requirements:
1. Malaysian Only

2. Male & Female

3. 20 Years Old to 30 Years Old

4. Experienced in F&B will be bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Assist in the preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, portioning, and weighing ingredients.

Prepare basic food items like salads, sandwiches, and appetizers following established recipes.

Dishwashing and Sanitation:

Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning kitchen surfaces, appliances, and floors.

Dispose of kitchen waste in an environmentally responsible manner.

Kitchen Organization:

Assist in stocking and restocking kitchen supplies, including food items, utensils, and cleaning materials.

Ensure all food items are properly labeled, dated, and stored at the appropriate temperatures.

Help maintain an inventory of kitchen supplies and notify management when items need to be reordered.

Support Kitchen Staff:

Assist chefs and cooks as needed during food preparation and cooking processes.

Act as a reliable team member, helping with tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and maintain a smooth workflow.

Safety and Hygiene:

Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene regulations, including handwashing and using protective gear.

Report any safety concerns, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to the kitchen manager.

Customer Service:

Occasionally interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner, taking orders or answering questions.

Waiter:

Pick up and serve food for customers, from kitchen to table.
